4.2.6. Suspension of shot-firer by employer: The shot-firer’s employer shall suspend, for a period of up to 3 months, a worker found guilty of negligence in his functions if he refuses to comply with this Code, and shall report such suspension to the Commission. Moreover, the worker shall ask the Commission to have the suspension lifted at the end of the said period.
